Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Regent Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel's inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
