Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Shell West. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Service and Experience
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and experience in our retail stores.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Store Operations and Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management and Development
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- Business Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and manage budgets for sales, marketing, and store operations.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
