Job Description

Norlok Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing systems to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies to determine optimal inventory levels and resource utilization
  • Design and implement manufacturing systems to optimize computer networks, robots, and materials
  • Evaluate and assess industrial facilities to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement programs to optimize inventory levels and improve production efficiency
  • Plan and design plant layouts and facilities
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, analysts, and administrative staff
  • Develop flexible and integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
  • Analyze production costs and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
  • Conduct studies on plant facility reliability and performance
  • Assess industrial facilities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
