Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Wild Wing. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Operations
    • Carry and replace linens, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
    • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, ensuring efficient service.
    • Place dishes in storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a smooth service flow.
    • Package take-out food, providing a convenient option for our customers.
    • Portion and wrap foods, maintaining presentation and quality standards.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
    • Take customers' orders, accurately and efficiently.
  • Back-of-House Operations
    • Handle and store cleaning products, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
    Work Environment

As a Food Service Attendant at Wild Wing, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, ensuring a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English (primary language of communication).
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
