Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at J & K GAS BAR CONVENIENCE LIMITED.
Job Summary:The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 36 to 40 hours per week.
