Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized support to meet their needs
- Processing transactions and managing customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to contribute to the branch's targets
- Staying up-to-date with our mobile banking applications and technology to provide expert advice to customers
