Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food quality and presentation meet our quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout your shift.
