Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team in the Agriculture and Agri-Food industry. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier financial advice to clients and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and lead generation for new and existing clients
  • Portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review, trend identification, and credit restructuring
  • Provide exceptional client experience through superior business and financial advice
  • Leverage RBC expertise to identify referral opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy
  • Champion digital enablement by promoting the RBC mobile application and wallet, educating clients on its use
Requirements
  • Commercial banking experience
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Credit skills, including risk assessment, financial analysis, credit structuring, and presentation
  • Specialized industry expertise in agriculture
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications
