What You'll Be Doing

As a Credit and Collections Analyst (Bilingual), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, following up on accounts for payment, and reconciling unapplied and misapplied payments. You will also be responsible for managing dispute resolution, receiving general phone calls, and providing statements and invoices as needed.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Relative experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Proficient in computer systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as being a solid team player
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a willingness to take initiatives
  • Bilingual (English/French)
