Sushi Master

We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Kimchi Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality sushi dishes for our customers.

• Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
• Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food preparation and presentation.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
• Recruit and hire staff to support our growing team.

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English.
