Position Overview

The Administrative Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities at X-Axis Solutions. This position requires a proactive individual who can implement and assess administrative processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Develop and assess new administrative protocols to enhance efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to office support personnel and oversee their work.
  • Prioritization: Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines.
  • Office Coordination: Organize and plan for essential office services, including supplies, maintenance, and security.
  • Budget Assistance: Aid in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that may arise within the office environment.
  • Budget Management: Plan and monitor budgetary expenditures.
