Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team at Trench Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash management.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and share information necessary to support financial results, and communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An engineering degree would be an asset.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading finance teams in a make-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficient with SAP, with a proven track record in continuously improving financial processes.
