Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

LILY'S LOUNGE SPA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and managed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales workers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
