Position Title: Customer Service Operations Supervisor

Job Overview:

  • Oversee the team to ensure outstanding customer service delivery
  • Manage the B2B Commercial Operations, including order processing and oversight
  • Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience by integrating in-store and online sales
  • Enforce adherence to operational protocols and procedures
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of operational tasks
  • Assist in the preparation and management of inventory
  • Provide guidance and training to team members
  • Serve as a brand representative and inspire team performance
  • Develop and manage departmental and store strategies

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail
  • High motivation and a strong desire to achieve

Compensation:

Salary range from $34,800 to $52,200 along with company benefits and bonuses
