Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Marketing Lead to enhance our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Leadership:
Manage the marketing department's workflow, oversee budget management, and ensure accurate revenue reporting. Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of team members. - Financial Management:
Oversee marketing expenditures, maintain vendor relationships, and allocate budget effectively across various channels including digital, print, and media. - Media Engagement:
Build and sustain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage and distribution. - Collaborative Efforts:
Work closely with Operations and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives. - Content Development:
Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and templates for both internal and external stakeholders. - Strategic Marketing:
Design, implement, and refine marketing strategies that align with business goals, from property launch to sale or lease. - Digital Marketing Execution:
Implement and optimize social media, email, and content marketing campaigns, while measuring and reporting on key performance indicators. - Brand Stewardship:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing platforms. - CRM Management:
Utilize the company's CRM system to enhance marketing automation, support sales efforts, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Website Oversight:
Regularly update and maintain the company website to accurately represent our offerings and branding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2-4 years of marketing experience within the commercial real estate sector is required. Strong leadership and project management capabilities are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is necessary, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is crucial.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software and knowledge of the Canadian commercial real estate landscape is advantageous. Bilingualism in English and French is a plus.
