Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Sukhpreet Singh Brar. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies to ensure a well-stocked pantry
  • Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting socialization and fun
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation
  • Help children with homework, supporting their academic development
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Criminal record check
  • First Aid Certificate
