Position Overview

The Senior Vice President will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of health, education, and community service initiatives. This role demands a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of organizational policies and the ability to drive program implementation effectively.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is essential.

Compensation

Salary: $120,000 per year, based on a 35-hour work week.

Location

This position is based in Courtice, ON and requires on-site presence.

Employment Terms

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the formation of key departments and senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
  • Set organizational goals and approve policies and programs.
  • Act as the primary representative in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle management and executive staff to foster a productive work environment.
  • Establish and oversee financial and administrative controls, as well as human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experienced with MS PowerPoint
Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel as needed.

Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
