Job Title: Restaurant Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting:

Tasks:
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
