Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

Fakih Hygiene (Unionvillegate) Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance programs, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate and Manage Maintenance Costs: Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and facilities.
- Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute comprehensive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise Maintenance Staff: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Maintenance Budgets: Plan, organize, and direct the maintenance operations budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate Administrative Services: Oversee the planning and management of administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that spare parts and materials are readily available when needed.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field.
- Work Setting: Health care institution, facility, or clinic.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in using the internet and other computer applications.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Travel expenses paid by employer, and public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and physical demands of the job.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, dependable, flexibility, initiative, judgment, positive attitude, and punctuality.
- Transportation provided by employer.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
