Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within our establishment. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff effectively while ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel as needed.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections for food services.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality and presentation.
Work Environment

This role is set in a fast-paced environment where standing for extended periods is necessary. The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
