Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Dépanneur Sprint. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store and gas bar.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and optimize sales
- Locate and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products for our customers
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
