Position Summary
As a Visitor Experience Agent at the National Arts Centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests while facilitating ticket sales and promoting events. Your primary objective will be to foster and nurture customer relationships, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a memorable experience.

Core Responsibilities
  • Interact with patrons to assess their needs and provide guidance in selecting tickets and subscription options.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately document and leverage essential customer information.
  • Support outreach initiatives to further engage with our audience.
  • Perform administrative duties related to event marketing and ticketing.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both official languages.
  • High School diploma with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Experience in customer service and cash management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating a computerized work environment.
  • Familiarity with ticket sales processes and Microsoft Teams is advantageous.
  • Consistent attendance record.
