Administrative Coordinator
At SIDH TRUCK TRANSPORTATION INC, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, and coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. You will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to multitask, and have strong time management skills. Responsibilities:
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services

Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong time management skills
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks
