At Vacheron Constantin, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto, ON. As an ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing boutique performance, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual action plans to achieve sales targets and optimize boutique performance.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional client service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and loyalty.
  • Manage boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury retail, preferably in a boutique setting.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing boutique performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.
  • Experience with SAP and other luxury retail systems is an asset.
