Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Proactively identifying customer needs and actively listening to their requests.
  • Providing education, relevant insights, and expert financial advice.
  • Creating comprehensive financial plans through a holistic approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Driving business growth by meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire and capability to forge meaningful customer relationships.
  • A strategic mindset to develop tailored financial strategies, including banking, investment, and borrowing solutions.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment aligned with customer goals.
  • A Mutual Funds license and a completed CIFP Diploma.
