The Role
As a highly motivated Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of Marketing Consultants and driving revenue growth. You will stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing marketing industry, identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Marketing Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing Consultants to motivate and assist with strategy
  • Visit customers with Marketing Consultants to build strong relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop personalized approaches to engage with potential clients
  • Utilize customer relations management and business development tactics to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a big-picture perspective
  • Perform other strategic duties as assigned by the Vice President, Business Development

Requirements
We're looking for a sales leader with a proven track record of generating sales, experience in recruitment and motivating a sales team, and marketing knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity, and a strategic outlook on our solutions. Strong organizational and project management skills are required, along with the ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective. Good knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
