About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at SK Immigration. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and filed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules, ensuring all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Locate and remove files requested by clients or staff, ensuring all documents are properly returned and stored.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
