At Element Fleet Management, we are seeking a skilled Client Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • \t
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
    \t
  • Collaborate with the FPS team to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions
    \t
  • Manage client requests and activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution
    \t
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    \t
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and innovation
    \


Requirements


  • \t
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA in business or related field preferred
    \t
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B or services organization
    \t
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs
    \t
  • Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, and pivot tables
    \t
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
    \t
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    \t
  • Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others
    \t
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment while achieving quality results
    \
