Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MJF Business Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Establish work schedules
Requirements

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
