Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts and Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and efficient repair orders, and maintaining a high level of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in the service department, providing guidance and support to ensure their vehicle is repaired to the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose vehicle problems, and develop accurate repair estimates.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage, and explain provisions and exclusions to customers.
  • Prepare repair orders, obtaining approval signatures and entering them into our service database system.
  • Provide parts and supplies for repair orders, and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and industry developments, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Understanding of automotive parts and repair procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
