Job Summary

The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk/reception area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage keys and sign-in roster
  • Perform security duties, including monitoring the front door and patrolling the building
  • Provide building information to clients, including safety systems and guest protocols
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Certificate in Building Service or Security Guard Training
  • Ability to work with people with mental illness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
