Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Guac Mexi Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent service and food quality.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting quality control standards and customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records and files.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a high level of physical activity and stamina.
