Job Summary

The Transportation Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to oversee the movement of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve work objectives, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics Oversight: Monitor and control the operational logistics of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Reconcile and adjust inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics and supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
