About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at CPA Ontario. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our email marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of email campaigns, including calendar management, creative briefings, email creation, reviews, and deployment.
  • Analyze email analytics and generate performance reports to share with cross-functional business units and the digital team.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools to build user journeys for email automation.
  • Support email list management with list automation and segmentation across business units using audience builder.
  • Optimize email marketing processes by assisting with the review and optimization of the current email marketing process and increasing the use of email best practices.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Marketing or other business discipline.
  • Skilled in email marketing and have demonstrated Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and familiarity with journey builder and audience builder and backend optimization.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an asset.
  • Experienced with email analytics and able to generate performance reports and insights.
  • Experienced with copywriting, email development, and design.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
