What You'll Be Doing:

Our team of Advisors is dedicated to delivering exceptional service throughout the customer's journey. As an essential member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
  • Providing expert advice and educating customers on relevant financial insights
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

What You Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • The drive to build strong customer relationships
  • A strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • The ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns with customer goals
  • A Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma
