Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Securities & Funds Services Technology department, you will be responsible for leading complex testing initiatives for major client onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement testing strategies for application rollout into production, working closely with technology project managers, UAT professionals, and users.
  • Conduct thorough process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry quality trends and apply best practices to our current environment.
  • Develop and maintain project standards and procedures, ensuring they are fully documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Monitor products for conformance to standards and processes for conformance to procedures, identifying risks and ensuring annual organizational reviews are conducted.
  • Document findings, perform root cause analyses, and recommend solutions and improvements to existing standards and procedures.
  • Act as an advisor and mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in an IT Quality role, with the ability to work independently or within groups on projects assigned.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge, understanding, and analytical thought, with a comprehensive knowledge of several areas within IT Quality and a good understanding of the industry.
  • Strong understanding of testing processes, the Systems Development Lifecycle, and solid experience in several phases of systems development, preferably in testing program management.
Education
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
