About Vape City

We are a dynamic and growing vape shop looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
