We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Admin/ Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Customer Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our procurement process, listing application, and retail programming application across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop internal processes and best practices to ensure business objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Support the procurement process by setting up new vendors, submitting requisitions, managing Purchase Orders, and checking deliveries.
  • Assist in the management of National Retail programming, including programming applications and product listing applications.
  • Provide support to COUPA users and assist the Assistant Customer Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, or a position with a high volume of administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience working with Consumer-Packaged Goods/Alcoholic Beverage Industry is preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in a Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Customer service skills and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sensitivity to time, resources, and budget.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated to complete tasks independently and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and French (Written & Spoken) is desired.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-class systems (SAP).
