Job Title: Security Supervisor

Vista Security & Investigations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments and work units to coordinate activities, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing detailed information on security operations and any issues that may arise.
  • Supply Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Supervision:

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Security Supervisor role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
