Position Overview

The Sales Supervisor at Green Mobile is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment
  • Retail business focused on customer engagement
  • On-site customer service responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, including apprentices and design team members
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales associates
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance
  • Authorize payment transactions and manage cash flow
  • Order and manage inventory of merchandise
  • Handle returns and exchanges of products
  • Create and maintain work schedules for team members
  • Drive sales by actively selling merchandise
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes
  • Coordinate activities among team members to ensure smooth operations
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 retail salespersons and clerks.

Security and Safety

Completion of a criminal record check is required.

Work Conditions

  • Willingness to stand for extended periods
Tools and Equipment
