About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Burger King Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces are clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, as well as other kitchen items.
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare and cook food items, such as burgers, fries, and salads, according to our recipes and quality standards.
    • Portion and package food items for serving.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Urban area.
  • Physical Demands
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
