About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our military members and their families while they enjoy our recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality leisure programs and services to our members
  • Ensure the safety of our members and their families while using our facilities
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Current National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Experience in dealing with the public, including children
  • Experience in performing lifeguard duties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to react and respond in emergency situations
Language Requirements

English is the primary language of communication, but bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
