About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Operations Officer to join our team at the Victoria Hospitals Foundation. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in supporting our fundraising efforts and ensuring the success of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Donor Data Management: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, including segmentation and analysis of donor data.
  • Fundraising Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email, and events.
  • Database Management: Design, implement, and document donor management system and database processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review reports on fundraising campaigns and appeals, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with development team members, other departments, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT or similar donor management systems, as well as Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
