Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Afternoon Warehouse Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone calls and in-person interactions
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Deal with Service Level Agreement (SLA) concerns and Product Care Association (PCA) queries
  • Provide coverage at the customer counter
  • Run reports for the centre, including the TTS report, Cares report, and Apple report
  • Cash handling and banking
  • Meet set targets on a daily basis
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Efficient team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Typing skills: at least 40 words per minute
  • Good attention to detail
  • Warehouse experience is not required
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and temperature-changing environment
