Corporate Development Associate

About the Role:
Peloton Search Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the evaluation and execution of acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Corporate Development function throughout the deal cycle, including population of internal financial models, ad-hoc analysis of financial and other data, and analysis of potential opportunities.
- Assist with management of the acquisition pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including Operations, Finance, HR, Payroll, and other key functions.
- Aid in the preparation of materials for key stakeholders, including Management and/or Board, and assist with special projects and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate education in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of work experience in a financial analysis and/or transaction-based environment (M&A/transaction advisory, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, etc.).
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic deals-based environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
