Job Title: Hairstylist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch hair care services, including cutting, styling, and coloring hair, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze hair and scalp conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Book appointments and manage client schedules.
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences.
  • Shampoo and condition hair, as well as provide scalp massages.
  • Apply hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting.
  • Supervise junior staff and apprentices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
Requirements:
  • Hairstylist Trade Certification.
  • Barbering Trade Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a Hairstylist, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment.
