Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Edalica Metal Services Ltd. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding Operations
    • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
    • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
    • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Operate gas welding machines
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
    • Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
    • Stand for extended periods
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be a team player with flexibility and organizational skills
    • Be punctual and hardworking
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Public transportation available
Working Conditions
  • Work in a manufacture setting
  • Work with non-ferrous materials, stainless steel, and steel, iron, and heavy metals
  • Work with gas welding machines
