Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee human resource functions throughout the employment lifecycle, including Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Offboarding.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the HR field.
- Design and implement employee training initiatives, particularly in Leadership and Supervision.
- Propose and communicate changes to organizational policies.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory compliance issues.
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis to support personnel-related decisions.
- Maintain employee records, develop operational budgets, and contribute insights to compensation and benefits strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business, with at least five years of experience in Human Resources.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or Business Partner in a multi-site Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive understanding of Employment Standards and their variations across Provincial and US State jurisdictions.
- Strong grasp of HR data analytics and metrics.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Payworks, Workable, Bamboo).
