About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester to join our team. As a Salesforce Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce solutions by testing and validating our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test and validate Salesforce CRM functional testing with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports
  • Experience with Salesforce permission, features, queues
  • Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Classic & Lightening Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing
  • Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries & Oracle DB
  • Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices
  • Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting
  • Experience in working on agile methodology
  • Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence
  • Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as individual contributor
  • Wealth and Asset management domain knowledge
  • Salesforce Development or Salesforce automation experience
  • Experience in automation testing using Perfecto, Acela or Power Automate
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing
  • Strong experience with SDLC, QA Processes, and testing artifacts
  • Ability to write complex queries and perform data validations
  • Experience with agile methodology and QA software tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
