Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Tenaxx Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, providing insights into warehouse operations and performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Procurement and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field

Working Conditions:

  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
